Upon reaching designated donation amount or above (for each race group), on or before 9 October 2018, enrolled runner will be entitled to customize the last 3-digit of the race bib number. Across all races, a total of 150 quotas are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
How to apply?
- Please fill-in the online application form between 14 September 2018 at 12:00 noon and 9 October 2018 at 11:59pm. Enrolled runner must have reached the designated donation amount or above, on or before 9 October 2018, to be entitled to choose the last 3-digit of his/her race bib. Only 150 quotas are available.
Designated Donation Amount:
Individual / Youth runners – Total donation reached HK$1,000 or above
Family runners– Total donation reached HK$2,500 or above
Points to note:
Enrolled runner can choose a 3-digit number between 001 and 999 (except 13 special numbers designated below andnumbers already taken on a first come, first serve basis.) which will be printed on the runner's race bib. The first 2-character of the race number represents the race category, which is not available for customization.
- If there is more than one request on the same number in the same category, the customized number goes to the earliest successful applicant.
Designated person will contact successful applicants on or before 12 October 2018.
13 sets of race number which are not available for customization are:
007, 123, 128, 138, 148, 168, 228, 288, 520, 668, 818, 888, 999
Terms and Conditions
Each enrolled runner can only apply for ONE desired race number.
- Race bib is not transferrable.
The campaign is only applicable for enrolled runners in Half Marathon, 10km Run (Challenge, Group 1 & Group 2), 5km Run and 3km Run (Youth & Family).
Late application will not be processed.
Successful applicants must collect race bib during Runner's Pack Collection days.
UNICEF HK reserves the right to limit and reject applications without reason to the participant.
